What to Expect?
A Safe, Judgment-Free Environment: You’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, care, and cultural competence.
The first session: Your first appointment is designed to establish a relationship between the you and your therapist. There will be an exploration of what brought you to therapy, your goals, questions and/or concerns. Your therapist may also review your intake form and discuss things like confidentiality and scheduling.
Ongoing sessions: The therapist and client will build trust, explore patterns, and work toward healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and may be weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and availability.
Virtual and In-person options: Currently, we have an option for teletherapy. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.
Payment and Insurance: Currently, we are accepting self-pay clients. A sliding scale may be available based on financial need. Clients who wish to pay with insurance are welcome to join our waitlist. Payment is due at the time of service. FSA and HSA payments accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens - please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations, or no shows may incur a fee.
